Tony Granados, Tuba

     Welcome to the online home for freelance tuba artist Tony Granados.  Located in Central North Carolina, USA, Tony performs with various local groups, including the North Carolina Symphony, Tar River Orchestra and Tar River Concert Band. Each summer, Tony runs a student Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble which bring together nearly 25 tuba players from around the area.

     Tony serves as Adjunct Instructor of Tuba and Euphonium at North Carolina Central University, and maintains a large private studio of high school and middle school tuba and euphonium students, many of which have great success with the all-district and all state honor band auditions.  Openings in the studio are always available.  If you are interested in taking lessons, please contact Tony.

Triangle Youth Brass Band

     Tony also Directs the Triangle Youth Brass Band, the current North American Brass Band Association's Youth Division Champion, an honor awarded to the band for the fifth time.  Together with the newly formed Triangle Youth Brass Ensemble, the Youth Band program has established itself as one of the premiere youth brass programs in the United States.
